Having a plan is essential when it comes to working out. Whether you’re exercising at home, in the gym, or somewhere in between, a well-thought-out (and preferably written) plan helps you maximize your time and effort. Your workout plan should be tailored to your fitness level, goals, and preferred exercise types. Not only does it provide structure, but it also keeps you accountable and motivated.
